The SoCo House is located inside the heart of Austin culture, one block off of South Congress in the historic Travis Heights neighborhood. Enjoy a place where you can stay, create, and experience the best of Austin and book the perfect place for your next event. Due COVID-19 we only allow 10 people max.

INDOOR: 2 Bedrooms/2 Baths,Kitchen and Dining, TV, Sonos inside living room, Meditation Room with Massage table (On demand massages if ordered through a third party service, we will offer the instructions)
OUTDOOR: Large backyard open space with astroturf, Fire pit with 4 chairs, Dining Table with 6 chairs, Swing,Outdoor patio and bar space with 4 barstools, Grill (If the event requires additional seating or movement of existing furniture we are flexible and will discuss before booking. We will allow additional seating as long as it is provided through the person leasing or a third party)

Rules

We will require the leaser of the space to abide by our personal rules and regulations upon the booking. We will send this contract over before payment is received. We do not offer food and beverage services. Our event space will require a third party caterer. Due COVID-19 we only allow 10 people.
