No smoking/No alcohol in the house. Outside catering is allowed. No more than 15 people in the home, unless discussed prior. If you are planning on bringing furniture to shoot, communicate you are wanting to rearranging furniture. Do not go into any areas that are off limits, including bedrooms.
Home owner will be on site for the duration of the rental.
