Charming and traditional, yet modern flair design, finishings and technology. Picturesque 10.5 acre wooded lot. Outdoor gas grille. Lean-to on Patio area. Bocce court. Horseshoe pits. Walkin trails.

Rules

Maximum number of guests is 100 but only parking for 35 cars. If alcohol is served client will need to purchase a one day $1,000,000 liability insurance policy. The contractual agreement will have more details but these are the primary facts to note.
