Our loft has a unique charm you can't find with any other studio. From its high ceilings, brick wall, modern kitchen, windows, a roof top, and even a sauna! This loft caters well for photoshoots and video shoots.

You get, both, the light and airy set AND dark and moody set, all in one place! With a rolling backdrop wall and a change of linens, you can choose the look that best suits your needs. Plants/Props/Tables/Etc are also configurable to cater your vision!

OVERTIME
Any overtime will be billed at $50 per 15 mins.

PROHIBITED
NO: Weapons, pyros, smoking, alcohol, pornography, other illegal activities NOR drilling/nailing/mounting.
DO NOT: Operate the sauna NOR go past rooftop guidelines.
