About This Location

This is a 2000 square foot unfinished basement with stud walls. The largest room is roughly 900 square feet with over 10ft ceilings containing exposed joists which are great for clamping lights to.

A green room/salon with bathroom attached, microwave and refrigerator is also available for rent in tandem.

This space is mostly a blank slate that can be turned into anything you want, and has already been used in multiple series.
