Only 35-minutes from downtown Nashville, this property is a stunning, newly-renovated mid-century farmhouse on 30 acres, with a private lake, boats to fish from and a large river running alongside. While The Retreat sleeps 10, it's also a perfect setting for television and film shoots. The outside is very quiet, as it's at the end of S. Hyde Road. It's an A-frame house so the main floor and loft are open and spacious. There are multiple locations for shooting both inside and out. Ample parking.
