"Really cool and funky place! This location has plenty of textures and interesting decor that really help reduce or eliminate the need to bring in your own props.I especially LOVE the living room and side bathroom. The only critiques is that as of my shoot in June 2023, there was no curtain on the big living room glass doors, and so outside renters could fully see into the living room. There were also 1-2 cameras inside the home, so be mindful where you get dressed and what you're shooting. For the price I'd love to see a really cool curtain put up in the living room! The cameras felt a bit invasive to me but I can also understand why they're there - I think front room and kitchen. All this to say, I'd photograph here again! I really think this spot has a ton to offer a photographer or video crew :)"

Furniture and decor may be moved with approval, but must be put back in original spot. No smoking in the house. Adhere to timeline and use of only areas booked. All trash must be bagged & placed in outside bin. Music videos are allowed, but no amplifying. Do not park in front of neighbors homes.
No personnel will be onsite unless hired separately.
