This Victorian home is over 120-years old, built in 1899 and stands in the heart of East Nashville. The Emerald is curated with eclectic decor, vintage artwork, unique wallpaper (only found here), and antique mixed with modern furnishings to honor the homes history and jewel-toned palette of the Victorian era. We have over 2500 sq ft of room available, including 5 rooms and a loft space, all with natural light.

(2) GVM lights, (2) waterproof LED light wands, backdrop set up with cloth and fabric backdrops (white sheet, black sheet, green screen sheet, assorted patterned fabric). (2) tripods, (1) small dolly, and a fog machine. (3) 50ft extension cables.
No taping things to the walls. Nothing allowed that would leave a permanent mark or smell. Please be respectful and leave the space as you found it. Failure to do so will result in a cleaning/damage fee.
I work from home but will keep out of the shoot unless someone needs me for any questions or concerns.
