Multiple bedrooms offer unique looks and sweeping rural views, giving productions a variety of camera-ready settings throughout the property. With its elevated yet approachable design, this location is particularly well suited for lifestyle campaigns, narrative productions and projects seeking authentic countryside charm without sacrificing visual polish.

Professionally designed 2,250 sq ft cottage on 20 private acres featuring multiple editorial shooting environments. Includes natural light throughout, styled living room, reading room, full kitchen, movie/game room with bar, 3 bedrooms + bunk room, wraparound porch, firepit areas, 1,250 sq ft gathering barn, covered pavilion, café lights, open meadows, mature trees, and a ¾-mile gravel drive. Also includes 30 vineyard crossback chairs, banquet tables, outdoor dining and lounge furniture, and ample parking.
Intentional productions and gatherings only. Maximum overnight guests: 8. Quiet hours 10pm–6am. No unauthorized parties or outside visitors. Approved vendors only. Please treat the home, barn, furnishings, and grounds with care. Smoking outdoors only in designated areas. Pets by approval only.
On-site host support available by request for an additional fee. Services include location walkthroughs, styling assistance, floral design, vendor recommendations, and production support.
Three bathrooms available in the cottage (1 full, 2 three-quarter baths). No restroom facilities are located in the gathering barn.

The barn features café lights, oversized ceiling fans, and an RV-height garage door that opens fully for beautiful daylight. The property offers expansive meadows, mature trees, and exceptional sunrise and golden-hour conditions across 20 private acres.
