This space just feels so good to the soul. It begs to be photographed with its exposed brick, natural light and original clawfoot tub. I poured my heart into this renovation and have loved sharing the joy of it with others. 900 s.f. open concept living room/kitchen with 1 bedroom, 1 bath, separate dressing room, an office and the coziest reading nook. The downstairs is also available to rent if you need bigger space - 1920's East Nashville Charmer w Backyard Oasis.
