2000 sq ft Brooklyn-style loft located in a 100-year-old warehouse with original concrete floors and brick walls, plus modern wood cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. Nestled next to the train tracks on Douglas Avenue in East Nashville, The Loft is full of good creative vibes. Available for creative use only, no big events.**If doing an audio recording, please be aware that there is noise bleed from a manufacturing company next door, plus a train that regularly comes by.

This place was absolutely incredible. Very spacious and pleasing to the eye. There's so much you can do with it! I don't know which I like better, the loft, or the hospitality from Annie. Had a great photo shoot for one of my clients. The place is awesome with the exposed brick and the decor. Annie, who manages the place is fantastic and super accommodating. Also, there is plenty of parking and a garage door for load-in and load-out. You will love the place.

This place is amazing. The pictures are 100 percent accurate except there was no pool table. The kitchen is a perfect spot for filming! Would definitely consider booking again.

This is a great spot for video. This is a great spot the look is fantastic and exactly what we needed.
The staff was great to work with. The only down side was the sound was not great. There were lots of background noises that made shooting a video difficult. overall it was a great spot for recording.

We enjoyed using this space! It was the perfect cozy, industrial setting for our project. We used 2 of the 3 rooms available. They also have great furniture and items to move around to create different sets.

I appreciated how upfront they were with us that it was next to a construction site next door, and there would be banging in the background. We could hear the neighbors cutting and stapling wood, but it didn't affect our project. So, this probably isn't a great option if you need clean audio.

They were great to work with! It was a great space for us and we were really happy with the results!
