The Greenland Nashville is a 3,100 square ft house, nestled on almost an acre lot in East Nashville. Originally built in 1938 and completely renovated in 2018. The house features a an expansive chef's kitchen, built in bar, two living rooms each with their own fireplaces, four bedrooms and an additional living space upstairs. There are two gated drive ways on the property, perfect for onsite parking. **House has great natural light upstairs and downstairs.**
