Beautiful Victorian home in East Nashville built in 1920! 12 ft ceilings. Large rooms with original hardwood floors throughout. 1 bd 1 bath w/ living room + TV, kitchen, back+front porch. Yard is fenced. Lots of great rooms w/ vintage look. Black & White tiled sun room off kitchen. 5 old-timey fireplaces (2 working)! Great kitchen with island and bar. Tons of moveable indoor plants, succulents, and XL palm for an urban jungle look if desired. Lots of vintage unique moveable furniture.
