This is the lower level of a functioning recording studio. There are many textures and areas for different looks and setups. Great for photoshoots, rehearsal space, acoustic or full band, and looks great on film (bring in additional lighting for maximum control!). The main room is 80 x 28'. Couches and props can be moved around to accommodate needs.
