A reservation for this space includes an open area, 3 executive offices, and conference room with exterior views of historic Downtown Miami. A large conference room is also outfitted with a projection screen and ceiling mounted TV unit. The space still retains many of historic Mimo features such a mahogany doors & panels, furniture, and brass lighting accents.

No smoking in the building. No open flames. Also, due to sprinkler system, no smoke, fog, or haze machines allowed. Please note the reservation begins at the time which is booked. It does not begin when a client/host arrives.
There is a staff person onsite but not in the space during a reservation.
