Bob was a great host and worked with us through every step. A few days before the shoot we decided to bring furniture to the shoot and I forgot to ask Bob. When we showed up he was so gracious and worked with us to move things around to get our furniture in the house. Also the house is gorgeous and fascinating. We had an excellent shoot and will definitely be coming back to Bob’s house some day.

I did a 2 hour photo shoot here and loved it!!!
Upon arrival, I met Robert, the owner of this beautiful property set on a hill overlooking the lake. He gave me and my client a tour of his home before we started the shoot. There are 3 stories and tons of options! If you are looking for a beautifully decorated vintage home, this is the place!

Robert and his location were an absolute delight!

His location is phenomenal, So many different looks. Incredible value. Robert is very helpful, courteous, and welcoming. During my time on set, I had the chance to speak with him a bit, and he has quite a bit of experience with filming and having crews on site, so he completely understood my needs as a cinematographer.

To anyone considering this location, you won't be disappointed in the slightest. Instead, you'll be wanting a reason to film there again! 10/10.
