The more hours you book, the less you pay per hour! Call or message for price quotes! You are welcome to book events after hours, but the front office does close at 7.

We have a random assortment of props/equipment and furniture available upon request (just ask, we may have it!)
NO SMOKING INSIDE and please keep 15 feet away from any entrance. Clean up after yourselves and inform the manager of any needs or concerns. This is a working space - you are welcome to network, but please be respectful of tenants and fellow guests.
The office manager is available in her office during business hours, but stays for events upon request.
There are multiple bathrooms available including a unisex in the event area
The stage is two 8'x4' pieces (they are HEAVY) that hook together to create an 8'X8' stage with 2 sets of stairs. You may arrange them however you need.
House lights are automatically on, but there are colorful lights available at the flip of a switch.
Speakers and DJ equipment available, but you will need to bring your own microphone and computer for set up.
