Who said posh, upper East side vibes weren’t in the south? Well, whoever it was hadn’t seen this East Nashville Bright and Easy Studio Space. The pictures alone exude a kind of top notch, creative class you’d think was only in Manhattan or Los Angeles, so imagine our excitement when we discovered this gem in our own backyard! Major score! Much to thank for this cool space is designer Taylor Mallon of New Frontier Tiny Homes.

This partial house in Riverside Village is brand new! It’s owned by Melissa Madison Fuller and Erik Anderson, co-founder of Cour Design, a lighting company known to make designs for groups like Paramore, Young the Giant, and more. With it being only ten minutes away from downtown Nashville, you can pick up on all of the authentic Music City vibes while working on your project. With polished concrete floors and bright white walls, you’re bound to create something epic.

Natural lighting is no issue with the inside including a loft with skylights and a glass garage door. The ceilings slope from 16ft to 12ft, and there is a full bath with a European shower column.

With a lot to offer, this studio space is very versatile! Use it for photoshoots, as a creative workspace, a yoga pop-up, or even housing an art show. The list is honestly endless.
