This intimate 16 × 20 ft (450 sq. ft.) studio blends the cozy atmosphere of a late-night coffeehouse with the timeless character of a classic recording studio, creating a one-of-a-kind backdrop for photography and creative projects.

No smoking, vaping, parties, pets, or open flames. Please respect the space, clean up after yourself, and return all furniture and décor to their original place. No glitter, confetti, paint, or smoke effects. Keep noise reasonable. Overtime will be billed. Clean up and lock up before leaving.
