You will have access to both ovens, the stove, microwave and limited fridge space in the laundry room. There are 2 large coolers outside for additional cold storage. Items in the kitchen cabinets are not available for use. You must bring your own drinkware, cookware, and servingware.

No overnights No glass by the pool! No smoking. Event insurance is required. No DJs. Master bedroom/bath off-limits except for photoshoots. You get access to the spaces pictured in the listing. We may be on-premise at any point during the booking. You must include setup/cleanup time in the booking
