About This Location

Modern, private and versatile studio equipped with everything you need for photoshoots, video shoots, podcasting, vodcasting, or almost any type of content you are looking to create. The 700 sq. ft. space is flexible and modifiable to suit a number of different looks for video content shoots. It consists of a main 15'x20' space with 9' ceilings and two smaller seating areas that have interchangeable furniture.

If rental is during business hours (M-F 8-6) music and noise must be at a low-level.

We provide the equipment needed, but please be careful with it. If you need help let one of the assistants know.

We have many power outlets around the studio, along with extension cords and power strips.

Lighting Specifications

We have continuous lighting and one studio flash. If needed we can put the lights on stands so you can wheel them around to your specifications, otherwise they are mounted on swinging arms in the corners of the main studio area and podcast nook. The studio has plenty of natural light, but also has blinds that can be drawn if you were wanting complete control of lighting in the space.
