Nested in the backside of a neighborhood, this property has plenty of space with over 10 acres, two large structures and gorgeous distant views of the hill country overlooking Lake Travis - 25 minutes SW of Austin. The main house design combines modern, industrial and a touch of hill country rustic elements. The working metal fabrication shop also offers a fun entertainment space for music and a bar (aka Man Cave).

Equipment

All Kitchen appliances are available, pending agreed upon arrangements for use. Home gym equipment is also available to freely use (at your own risk of injury, owner not liable). The metal fab shop on site can be used w/ owner involvement to assist with any set design requirements, etc. Polaris golf cart also available to rent and use to haul set equipment around the property or to and from vehicles. We have forklifts, tractor and other large commercial equipment available to rent upon negotiated price with the owner.

Rules

100% Rainwater - no excessive water usage.
No smoking inside. Smoking permitted outside in designated areas.
Any injuries in or around the pool is at your own risk. Owner not liable.
If filming for more than 2 days and/or with more than 20 people on set, porta-potty is required at your expense.
