7 acres, private and unrestricted land in the Texas Hill Country. This property backs up to a cliff. Large legacy oak trees and lovely cedar trees-perfect for an outdoor photo shoot or video/movie. The rental comes with access to a small cottage that can be used for wardrobe changes, meeting or photos and includes a bathroom. Also has a treehouse and pool (for photos only).

Rules

Indoor/outdoor nudes and boudoir ok, no pornography. Outdoor smoking only, contain ashes and trash. Be mindful of any fire risk. No pets. Clean up after yourself and leave the property and cottage the way you found it. No access to main house.

Personnel

The property owners often work from home and have chickens/dogs, and children. We will be there to provide instruction for set up and can easily leave upon request.
