-Renters are liable for any damages, responsible for cleaning the venue at the end of the rental. We have trash and recycling dumpsters on site for you to use.
-Amplified sound is permitted from 10am to 10pm, up to 75 decibels only as we are located at business and residential units.
We have personnel that will go there if you have any questions and will guide you in the event space.
