A completely remodeled 1200 square foot daylight studio with a double cyc wall. Usable ceiling height of 15ft & plenty of shoot space. Client seating area for a relaxing space to collaborate.
Regular hours are between Monday through Sunday from 8:00a-6:00p. The studio is available for rental outside of normal business hours & holidays for an additional fee on top of the hourly rate.
Rental rate is $118.00 p/hour (3 hr. min.) plus a $100.00 non-refundable cleaning fee.

No smoking, vaping, alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs, pyrotechnics or open flames, nudity photos or videos, littering, pets without prior consent, & return moved items back.
Must carry insurance with a minimum limit of $1,000,000. Amy Rose Productions must be listed as "Additional Insured."
Someone will be at the location during your rental in the neighboring office should you have any questions or needs during your visit.
A contract with the full studio rules will be sent.

Electrical: Single phase 120v. There is no panel in the studio (the panel is located in the electrical room.)
There are four (4) outlets at 20 amps each and five (5) outlets at 15 amps each. If the breaker needs to be flipped, an associate from the studio will be present to handle it.
The space has natural light which can be blocked out.
Blackout Curtains are installed in the space. The windows are 12ft high and 40 ft long. Direct sun from around 9 AM to 4 PM (depending on the time of year this may fluctuate.)
Large black wag flags are available to block out any sunlight popping through the top of the curtains. Advise a staff member.
