About This Location

Our studio offers a variety of amenities for your production. Equipped with a white cyc sound stage, hair & make up room, kitchen, additional customizable rooms for clients and lifestyle b-roll options; you can get more out of your production than most studios in the area. The cyc room is equipped with a grid to rig lights, sound proof spray foamed ceiling and a large black out curtain. The rest of the studio offers plenty of additional option that can set dec'd for your production.

Rules

1. No Smoking in building
2. Catering allowed.
3. Please leave the studio in the same condition you arrived.
4. Please remove all trash from all bins and recycling and place in bins outside of the studio at the end of each day of production.
5. Please refrain from walking on cyc curves.

Our studio is wired with multiple circuits but we recommend using LED sources to help mitigate tripping breakers. Access to breaker box is accessible and can be reset if a breaker is tripped.

Lighting Specifications

The studio does not come with pre set lighting. Due to the size of our cyc stage, (Medium sized) , we recommend to anyone renting that they light the cyc how they see fit. We offer a variety of LED panel and fresnel lights if you require additional lighting.
