We have central heat and air in the space as well as several tower fans you are welcome to use if wanted or needed.

Rules

Wifi is available for guest use. Smoking is allowed on the balcony only unless approved in advance. The unit is on the second floor, so you will need to bring any equipment up a flight of stairs. (It's a wide stairwell!)
