Production space in a charm brick and timber loft setting in Chicago's River North neighborhood. The space has a welcoming private street-level entrance in a renovated 19th century bicycle factory. There is also a rear freight entrance just steps from the space with a loading dock and freight elevator. The space is soundproof, perfect for video production with tons of natural light and great backdrops for photo shoots. Has a prep kitchen, with commercial coffee equipment, tables and chairs.

The space includes full use of everything we have on hand including A/V, lighting, sound system, Airplay, chairs and serving tables. If you plan to serve alcohol, we will arrange for a bartender service that has insurance. We like to use Bartend Chicago and can discuss other details when you visit.
