Rules

Max 26 people. Book at least 48 hours ahead. No smoking, loud music, pets (service animals excepted), confetti or glitter. Do not move motorcycles, vintage camera or wall art. Return furniture, clean up, remove gear and excess trash, and secure door. Setup and cleanup within booking time.

Host available to coordinate building access and answer questions during reservations. No production crew or additional personnel included.
