The space will be clean upon arrival, it is expected to be left as it is found to avoid cleaning fee. No tobacco smoking allowed inside. For commercial shoots, no more than 20 people please. For events, no more then 75. Building is also residential so please be respectful of neighbors.
At times the studio manager will be present, but most of the time they will be away to leave you to feel as if the space is your own.
