Welcome to our East Dallas 1960s Mid Century Modern home. There are 2 usable bedrooms and bathrooms decorated with modern furniture, as well as an open floor plan kitchen / living room space. The backyard and pool are usable as well, although anything involving swimming will require a waiver to be signed. Both areas of the backyard have string lights with edison bulbs. We're located in East Dallas, just about 5 minutes away from White Rock Lake.

Guests are able to use any of our standard household appliances, lights, etc. Please give me a heads up if your shoot requires use of a specific thing outside of the microwave, fridge, or lights.
•No smoking inside
•Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors
•All rentals include setup and teardown time
•Furniture and plants must be moved back to where you found it
•Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking
I will be on site most days in my office to answer any questions, but no personnel available to assist on shoot.
