We proudly serve the entire DFW area as your best mixed use, multi media facility for rent. Our central Dallas location is right in the Historic Deep Ellum District. We offer studio space for recording, photo/Video shoots , rehearsal, pop up, a small event or private party. The studio rental includes a choice of backdrop, JBL soundsystem 10 channel mixer, lighting a private dressing room and more.

Photography Room (15x20ft. w/ 12ft. Ceilings)
For photography, our room comes with a stationary 8x12ft. matte white backdrop installed on the wall or you can use our white, black or grey pulldown paper backdrops. We offer a 3 point lighting system with rental.
Rehearsal Room (15x20ft. w/ 12ft. Ceilings)
Our band rehearsal room comes with a JBL P.A. system, 2 AKG stage mics w/ stands & cables, a 10 channel mixing board and finally rugs for drums. Load in is easy because you can unload 25 feet from the room door. Couch, tables and chairs are also stocked in the room.
