Full refund of deposit for cancellations made seven full days prior to the reservation time.

Equipment

We have AV equipment including projectors, TVs, microphones, and sound systems.
We have 6-foot tables with black linens available for check-in tables or various event needs.

Rules

Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your event at least two weeks in advance, we can re-apply the deposit to a different date. Within two weeks, prior to 72 hours before the event, we can re-apply half of the deposit to a different date. Within 72 hours, there are no re-applications.

Personnel

All events have a dedicated event server to take care of the group through the duration of the event. Managers and staff throughout the venue are always on-site to help.
