About This Location

1890 Victorian Estate located in the foothills of Sierra Madre. European style gardens surround a grand glass conservatory. We also have two beautiful She Sheds that have been featured in several publications. French Potager garden as well. Many areas around the property lend themselves well to film and photography- fashion and wedding shoots mostly. We have had music videos and commercials shot here as well. Very unique property.

Free parking on property up to 6 cars. All other parking will need to be in public parking lot down the street. No neighborhood street parking is allowed. Strictly enforced. No loading or unloading allowed in front of our property. No large truck allowed unless permitted by the city. No smoking.
