Included with rental - 9 bar stools, a day bed, side tables, 3 teak chairs and a wood coffee table. a 150" long wood bench. Sonos system with indoor outdoor speakers (not for DJing. Only to connect with Spotify, etc.) Step stool, two 6' folding tables. 6 black metal folding chairs and 2 leather Eames chairs. Large double rolling clothing rack with hangers. Two C stands.

Rules

We do not have a noise curfew :)
We don't allow smoking. We don't usually allow red wine or sticky drinks because all of our surfaces are porous. We can discuss exceptions.
We can allow up to 300 guests with a mix of standing and various seating. We can not fit more than 60 guests seated.

Personnel

We always have to have 1 venue manager on site for all events and photo shoots.
We also need at least 1 security guard for all night time events and shoots.

We offer a 400 am power supply with an abundance or outlets inside and out. We also have 2 outlets in the ceiling in the main room and down the center of the floor of the main space.

Lighting Specifications

All lights are on dimmers inside and out.
Combination of sconces. Ceiling uprights, globe pendants and under shelf lighting in the kitchen and accent lighting under the kitchen island.
