A reservation for this space includes exclusive use of the full floor. Our floor plan consists various work spaces. There are 2 private offices along with a training room. A kitchenette area includes a sink and a refrigerator that can be utilized during a reservation. Lockers are also available and may be used. Exterior views of historic Downtown Miami. The space also has limited elevator access so meetings or productions are not interrupted. Hosts are given an access card during their stay.

Maximum 40 guests. An access card must be used to get to the floor.
No smoking in the building. No open flames. Also, due to sprinkler system, no smoke, fog, or haze machines. Reservation begins at the time which is booked, not when the client/host arrives.
Staff is onsite during the booking but not within the space. Hosts have exclusive access to the space during a booking.
