There is a double hair and makeup vanity, a 2-tier podium and professional podcast equipment and service. For podcast, notification is req'd as podcast operator is necessary.

No smoking, vaping or alcohol inside studio. No cooking. No pets. Production insurance required. Smoke machines are allowed. No footprints on Limewash Walls.
Podcast rental includes podcast operator. Production Assistant available for hire.
