50% non-refundable deposit required. No outside food or alcohol. Liquor license available for a fee. House reserves admission. Day rate 9–5 is $150/hr (4-hr min). After 5 PM Mon–Wed $250/hr. Thu–Sun night events $3,000 (8 PM–2 AM). After 3 AM $100/hr.
