Mid century time capsule ranch house on the Cumberland river. Built in 1954, and kept in its original cosmetic condition! 15 minutes from downtown Nashville. With 2400 square feet, the split-level house features exposed wood beams, floor to ceiling windows, wood paneling, 2 sunken living rooms divided by a double sided brick fireplace. 3 bed/3 bath. Even a classic 50s pink bathroom. 2 outdoor concrete patios, all on a 1.2 acre wooded riverfront lot.
Filled with retro delights, this mid-century-modern home with wood paneling, a sunken living room, exposed brick, and vintage elements is the grooviest choice for photo shoots, commercials, film productions and more!
