The space is a built set inspired from abandoned late 1800's victorian homes. Sound recording is recommended from 3:30pm-5am on weekdays and all day on weekends.

This is a working paint factory from 1907. Might be dusty, poorly insulated, and have a paint smell in some areas.

West Parlor is gorgeous! Every detail of this space was perfect. From the weathered paint, to the vintage chairs, to the LED fixtures which emulated natural light. Warren was extremely kind and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely book here again!

We used this location to film a music video a few weeks ago (11/5/21) and it was perfect. Warren was super kind and helpful and easy to work with. The venue is definitely one of the coolest, most unique places we've filmed at and I hope to use it again in the future! Highly recommend!!

Everything about this experience from the booking with Warren to the day-of communication with the coordinator Greg was 10/10! The space was incredible, and exactly what my videographer and I had envisioned for our project. The space is a little bit smaller than it appears online, but that's to be expected when viewing something in-person. The photos and videos are very accurate as to how the space looks, and I recommend anyone looking for a rustic style scene with a lot of historic character feel to rent this space.
