Located about 20 minutes from the small town of Hohenwald, featuring a total of 17 acres to explore for your project. This includes a variety of landscapes from meadow, bamboo, forest, and the buffalo river. Donkeys are the primary feature and can be included at extra rate.
Two houses with different decor may be available for interior shots. One is more muted palette with a large room that features reclaimed wood wall, woodstove, and numerous windows for natural (HIDDEN) other is colorful.

Interior spaces only available when lodging is vacant. Exterior land access should be arranged at least 48 hours in advance. Indicate landscape scenery preferences. Must park and transport equipment. River access available directly only with 4wd vehicles. Do not harass animals. No alcohol.
I live on site and am able to help just guide your group to location, open and close fencing, and general orientation. Any donkey needs should be coordinated ahead of time.
