2100 square foot 1940's bungalow located just off 12th South! Newly decorated by Abby Gordon designs. Modern family home vibe. We've had several commercials and episodes of TV shows filmed here. Welcome!

Proof of proper permits and insurance required. Max 25 people on set. No smoking allowed anywhere on the premises. Photo and video shoots only. No events or parties. No adult content. Permission required for any equipment, props, etc. that will be attached to any surface inside or outside the home.
