Wireless internet can be spotty, power outlets, electricity, bathroom available. Washer/dryer, oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker.
Management must be provided with specific numbers of vehicles and cars to be on the property. No overnight stays allowed. No turning around, parking on, or driving on grass outside of designated areas. Only areas detailed in agreement are allowed to be used. Trash must be taken with.
Personnel will be onsite but out of way, can be called upon if help is needed or in the case of an emergency.
