Intimate recording studio in East Nashville with vaulted 23ft ceilings, acoustic treated, lots of natural light and a second floor loft. The space is a personal recording studio that is rented out for recording, writing, video shoots, photo shoots and similar activities. It is detached from my personal home in the backyard so there's outdoor space with a fire pit and a screened in porch, enclosed around an 8ft tall privacy fence and with parking out front and along the street.
This well-appointed recording studio with a cozy, welcoming vibe and great amenities is a perfect space for the creative soul and is located in a prime East Nashville area.

8ft wide by 12ft high photo studio paper "psych wall" must bring own camera, video or projector equipment.
No smoking allowed in the property. Conversation level noise outside ok. Keep music and louder sounds inside. Alcohol ok inside the studio.
If you need an engineer to track a live session that's an additional $50/hr.
Private bathroom: 1 toilet, 1 sink, 1 mirror in the main room.
