A versatile creative space for photo or video. Well-lit, with hardwood floors. Several vignettes/angles to use, with backdrop wall, color corner, living space, desk, and even a bed for those family shots. Use it as-is or move some furniture around!

Includes lighting options, tripods, silks, backdrops, and rolling soundproof walls to control audio for video. A mini-fridge with complimentary drinks and a full bathroom for changing or getting ready!

- No house access available.
- No smoking whatsoever allowed in the building or on the premises
- No pets allowed
- Set up and tear down is a part of the rental time you select. Please plan accordingly.
- Security camera online during all bookings. Be mindful. *Do not cover up/tamper with.
