Unique little haven tucked away on top of a beautiful hill overlooking Nashville’s County side. Come experience this peaceful vibey home a short distances from downtown Nashville, where you will find the most beautiful Sunset/Sunrises, some of the coolest acoustics a space can offer, and so much more. A place where you can write, play music, rehearse, have a photo shoot, or a video shoot.

My space is to be used for pro photo/video shoots, writing/music sessions (ONLY). No parties/smoking/drugs/alcohol permitted.

Items moved will need to be put back the way they were found. Any items broken or missing from the property will be at your expense (all items are accounted for).

Personnel

There is a small space in the loft area that has a very small kitchenette, however there is not a sink. Just your very basic microwave, coffeemaker, and small frig/freezer.
