About This Location

This fully remodeled, light-filled modern bungalow is the perfect welcoming creative space. This is our home and creative sanctuary - a couple whose backgrounds are in design and hospitality. Being less than 10 mins from the heart of Broadway and downtown Nashville, this 3 bedroom, 1 bath has excellent natural light all day and an open floor plan allows for lots of flex space. Our house is furnished with mid-century and post-modern finds, and carefully curated art.
