No smoking inside. If alcohol is being served there must be a Tennessee licensed ABC bartender serving the alcohol. Renter will be responsible for clearing all trash, food, decorations. No glitter. Renter responsible for any damage caused by use of the Space, including all sound equipment.
No personnel available, but a representative will be there to open building, turn PA on and close down/lockup.
