Historic eclectic gem located in the heart of East Nashville. Latest artists we hosted are Lainey Wilson, Gael Barnes Garcia, GVF, GQ, and A&E. Or you can add on or just rent out the iconic 1980 Pontiac Firebird from "Smoky and the Bandit"!

1800 sq ft, 6 rooms, all with different looks. Natural light. Easy to accommodate commercial and film projects and will hold any crew comfortably.

Set design and art direction can be provided as well as catering & craft services.
