Beech Grove is a Blank Canvas. There is electric. via a lg whisper Generator, 2 spider boxes & few ext. cords, 2 H20 hookups, Open Air Barn, Market String Lights, Open fields. An 1850 Plein Air Barn w/ 2 banquet rooms & 3 pine straw corridors, a funky corn shed with stone steps and slatted walls, All for Wedding Venue Guests. For Commercial Photo/Video Shoots there is extreme texture and color throughout the 12 acre property, 6 Out bldgs of Brown, Gray, Red, Green, Metal, Rust, Green/Gold Fields, & diverse wooded areas based on season, hilly and flat. The Ext. home can be avail. by request.

Rules

Call. Hrly rate does not apply to all bookings. Varied rates apply to lg commercial shoots based on # of guests/vendors/props/cars on the property. Smoking permitted in designated areas only. Unless discussed, Vehicles should stay on the road, while fields and barn are for pedestrians.

We can arrange to have someone available on the property if needed for an additional fee of $20 per hour.
